Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
(Based on total amount of days booked )
In the event of a reservation being cancelled less than seven days before arrival date, 50% of the total accommodation cost will be payable. The full accommodation cost will be debited if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival, or in the event of a no-show.
Child Policy:
We welcome children and trust that parents ensure that they are not a disturbance to other guests and are supervised at all times around the pool.
Check In:
We try to have our arrival rooms ready by 14:00 or earlier. If there is a delay, you can enjoy a coffee or a long glass of fruit juice by the pool whilst you wait.
Check Out:
We request that you vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure. You are welcome to store your luggage at Reception for that day.
We would be happy to assist your guests with any arrangements they may need to make, e.g. car hire, tours, airport transfers, etc.
